On September 28, 1980, Roni advanced in the armored personnel carrier that led to a track of steep cliffs in the area of ​​the Golan Heights, and the APC turned over and deteriorated, and two soldiers were killed. Among them was Ronnie. He was 20 years old when he died. Roni served as a tank commander, and then as an operations sergeant. He was loved and loved by all his friends. Ronnie was one of the best commanders in the battalion. Roni was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Petah Tikva, where he left behind his parents and two brothers.
