Klipsky, Elka


Daughter of Sarah and Oded. Born in Tel Aviv on February 19, 1969. When she was two years old, Elka was orphaned from her father, Oded, who studied at the AD Gordon Elementary School, the ORT Junior High School, and the Ankori High School in Tel Aviv Aviv Before leaving for the IDF, Elka set out on a trip to Italy. At the end of March 1987, Elka was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and completed her basic training in the Israel Air Force (IAF) on Monday, June 17, 1987. Elka was killed in a traffic accident on the way to Haifa, at the entrance to Tel Aviv. She was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Holon. Survived by her mother and sister – Lee. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, the commander of the unit wrote: “Elka came to us about 20 days ago, with a great deal of desire to integrate and contribute her skills to the Israel Defense Forces and in a short time she acquired many friends who loved her peace of mind and her desire to contribute and help as much as possible. “He said.
