Klangel, Yochai (Jucha)


Yochai (Jucha), son of Malka and Yosef Baruch Klangel, was born in Jerusalem on January 7, 1989. He served in the Givati ​​Brigade as a combat soldier and as an officer, and at the end of compulsory service he continued to serve in the unit. During his service, he advanced to captain. Yochai married Talia Tzipora. The couple lived in Har Gilo, south of Jerusalem. At the beginning of 2014, their daughter Eleanor was born. Yochai fell in operational activity on the slopes of Mount Dov on 8 Shvat, January 28, 2015. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Jerusalem, leaving a wife and a daughter, his parents, his sister and four brothers. After his fall, Yochai was promoted to the rank of major.
