Moshe, son of Miriam and Haviv, was born on 19 June 1953. He studied at the Ussishkin elementary school in Nahariya and then completed his studies at the Nahariya High School, where he was a gifted and diligent student, Loved by his teachers and friends, was naturally kind and tolerant, sociable and pleasant, and the smile never left his face, he never knew anger, he was always life-loving, He was a loyal son and devoted to his parents and maintained close contact with his family, whom they loved so much. Who was given to him during his army service, used to visit his brothers and sisters and play with their children and make them happy. Moshe was drafted into the IDF in early 1972 and assigned to the Armored Corps. After basic training, and after completing his course in the “Centurion” tank course, he was appointed to the Centurion tank. Two weeks before the Yom Kippur War broke out, he was injured in the leg during training – but did not take full advantage of the vacation he received due to his injury, and rushed back to his unit. When the war broke out, Moshe made an operation with his unit in the area of ​​Hoshenia in the Golan Heights. On Yom Kippur, 10 October 1973, he was injured during the bitter battles with the Syrian forces that broke out on the level and fell in the line of duty. First he was declared missing and his body was found and he was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Nahariya.
