Kfir Avitar

First Sergeant Kfir Avitar, son of Yaffa and David. Kfir was born on January 27, 1990 in Kiryat Ata, the brother of Shachar and Adir Yechiel.
On March 23, 2009 Kfir enlisted in the IDF, and after completing his compulsory army service he continued to serve as a career soldier in the Rehabilitation Corps in the Logistics Center of the Etzion Regional Division. Kfir lived with his wife Shira and his baby daughter Gaya in Katzrin. First Sergeant Kfir Avitar fell during his duty on October 18, 2018, in an accident in the Dead Sea area where his wife and daughter were killed, and he was laid to rest in the Katzrin cemetery alongside his wife and daughter. Survived by his parents and two brothers.
