Keren , Nachum

Son of-Zion and Sima. He was born on the 5th of Adar 5705 (1945) in Haifa and completed his studies at the Leo Baeck Elementary School in the city, and was active in the school in this area, He continued his studies at the Meir Shfeya Agricultural School near Zichron Yaakov. The period of study in the agricultural school was a period of social activity in which Nahum was full of joy and joy. The culmination of that period was the year of completion at Kibbutz Revivim. Nachum loved to play in Tenbor and had an extraordinary sense of rhythm. He played the flute and the harmonica. He did a lot of dancing and was a folk dance instructor. Nachum joined the IDF in the middle of June 1963. After completing his regular service, he was a member of Kibbutz Revivim and moved to Haifa, where he married a wife and had two sons. On the 22nd of Av 5772 (22.7.1972), Staff Sergeant Nachum fell in his duties and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa, leaving behind a wife and two sons.
