Kenifel, Amos
The only son of Max and Tzili. Born on 24.6.1953 in Tel Aviv, he began his studies at the Givat Aliya elementary school in Tel Aviv and continued at the Geulim school in Ashdod. He graduated from the Comprehensive High School in Ashdod, where he excelled in Bible studies and literature, and received a gift for his high school, where he was gifted with mathematics, physics and chemistry. He was a very sensitive boy who believed in good and was disgusted by Amos, who was a music lover and devoted his time to music and his love of landscapes and homeland in his travels with his friends Amos enlisted in the IDF in early August 1971 and was assigned to the Israel Defense Forces – Medicine. After undergoing a course for combat medics, he was given the opportunity to realize his knowledge and express his high qualities in helping wounded and sick soldiers. On the 31st of Sivan 5733 (31.5.1973), Amos Tarsh fell during his service and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
