The youngest son of Czerna and Matisyahu. Abraham was born in Jerusalem on the 9th of Av 5704 (August 8, 1954), a descendant of Holocaust survivors, brother of Hannah and Dov, who was known as a father and a member of his family, studied and educated in Jerusalem and grew up in the tradition of Zionism, culture and sport. Lived in Jerusalem and their two children, Mor and Ben, began his service in the IDF in 1972 as a sergeant in the Signal Corps. In the battles of the Suez Canal during the Yom Kippur War, he was placed in the armored personnel carrier of the then-general Ariel Sharon, who was always close to Avraham’s heart and therefore joined the police and even completed command courses in the Israel Police. On 26.1.1999, the Chief Superintendent Avraham fell during his service. He was forty-five when he fell. He was buried in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Avraham left a wife and three children. In Abraham’s last war, the family says, despite all his efforts and the efforts of his immediate family, he fell in the “person” of his life, leaving behind a legacy and a wish for one and sister among his children as one family.
