During the Second World War, she enlisted in the British Army and was assigned to the Women’s Aid Corps. She served in Egypt and died there on 12 Tamuz (15.7.1943). She was brought to rest in the British military cemetery in Tel-el-Kabir, Egypt. Her name was immortalized in the “Book of the Year of the Journalists” in 1946, in “The Book of Volunteerism” and in the book “Yizkor” published by the Jabotinsky Institute.
