Kaplanski, Moshe (“Moishek”)

Moshe, son of Shalom and Leah Kaplanski, was born in 1946 in Kfar Azar. On the second day of the Six-Day War, on the 27th of Iyar 5727 (June 6, 1967), he was a rifleman in a company that was on Ammunition Hill, and then, during battle in its trenches, was hit and fell in battle. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
