Son of-Sarah and Aharon-Yehuda was born on April 22, 1962, in the city of Bratislava (Pressburg), Czechoslovakia, where he was educated in the Talmud Torah and the ” Yeshiva, “and general studies in high school On August 22, 1938, he immigrated to Eretz Israel with his father, who died not long afterwards, and studied in the Yeshiva of Rabbi Dushinsky in Jerusalem for several years and was active in a branch of the Agudath Israel youth movement.
