Kahner, Nissim-Leib (Leon)

Ben Moshe and Rebecca. He was born on June 15, 1930 in Bucharest, capital of Romania. He graduated from elementary school there. He was active in the Gordonia youth movement. Immigrated to Israel in 1948 as part of Youth Aliyah. He was drafted into the IDF in May 1950. He fell during his duty on Monday, October 13, 1950, and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa
