Kahalani, Aharon

Son of Said and Shama. He was born in Yemen in 1925. He immigrated to Israel in 1949. He was drafted into the IDF in December 1950, and after his regular service he belonged to the reserve corps. When a Chinese army broke out, he went to battle and on the 28th of Mershvan 5727 (2 November 1956) he fell and was buried in the military cemetery of the state of emergency in Shelah and on the 28th of Tishrei 5718 (October 23, 1957) he was transferred to the eternal cemetery Military operation on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. left a wife and four children. The last child was born after his death and was named after him.
