Kago, Eliran
Ben Nurit and David. He was born on September 10, 1976 in Petah Tikva. The youngest of the four children in the family. Eliran began his studies at the PIKA school, continued at the Shiffer elementary school, and later at the “Ahad Ha’am” junior high school in Petach Tikvah, where he studied for a year and a half at the Air Force Technical School in Haifa, Eliran joined the IDF at the end of November 1994 and expressed his desire to serve as a combat soldier in the Golani Brigade. He started basic training and his commanders described him as a quiet fellow with a strong desire to contribute, who was integrated into his department and accepted by his friends. Eliran fell during his service on February 23, 1995. He was eighteen years old. He was buried in the military section of the Segula cemetery in Petah Tikva. Survived by parents, a brother and two sisters, Anat and Meirav. Eliran wrote to the family: “Eliran dreamed of belonging to a unique family, the Golani family, he fulfilled his dream and began to serve.” In his daily life, Eliran was hard on his health problems, Honest and honest towards those around him, sensitive and shy, a refined guy. ” Eliran’s family commemorated his memory in photographs, albums and memorial candles in the synagogue, at Amal Aleph high school in Petach Tikva, at Yad Lebanim and Golani Junction.
