Kagan, Abraham


He joined the British Army during World War II and was assigned to the Medical Corps. On the 28 Tamuz, 13th of July, 1942, he fell in a battle in the western desert. His burial place is unknown. He left behind a wife. His name was immortalized in “The Book of Volunteering”. An investigation conducted in 2017 found that he was murdered in Al-Alamein, Egypt.
