Kadmon, Amnon


Amnon ben Miriam and Gideon was born on the 24th of Sivan, June 17th 1971 in the village of Aviv. At the beginning of October 1989, Amnon was drafted into a compulsory army service, and after a long and exhausting course in basic training and various courses, he was assigned to an engineering company of the Givati ​​Brigade. On 10th of Kislav, November 26th, 1990. Amnon fell in battle in Lebanon in a clash with terrorists. He was laid to rest in the military section of the cemetery in Gadot. Amon is survived by his parents, two brothers – Noam and Wadi, and sister Tamar. He was nineteen when he fell. He was promoted to the rank of sergeant after his death, and in a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, the unit commander wrote: “Amnon served as a personal example, as a person and as a professional soldier. He showed great devotion and was admired by the soldiers of the company. “
