Born in Bucharest, Romania on 7.11.1936, he completed his elementary studies at the Chokane School in his hometown, continued in a vocational school and studied regrets, and in 1961 immigrated to Israel He worked in the air industry in 1962 and worked there until the day of his death, and he excelled in his work and devotion during his sixteen years in the factory, and in 1965 he married Etti Goldenberg and established his home in Lod. His son and son were devoted to his mother, and in 1962 he was drafted into the IDF, but since he was a new immigrant he was placed immediately after basic training for reserve duty. In February 1977, Sami was called to reserve duty at the Navy Shipyard in Haifa, and on 2 March 1977 he died at the military cemetery in Lod, leaving a wife, two sons, a daughter And a sister, the unit commander wrote in a letter of condolence, among other things: “… as veterans of the soldiers in our unit, I would like to point out that he was known as a disciplined and dedicated soldier who always performed his duty properly and in the most appropriate manner.”
