Joamis, Motlak


Ben Sa’ada and Hussein. Motlak was born on July 1, 1945, to a traditional Bedouin family, the Joamis tribe in Beit Zarzir. He attended elementary school in Beit Zarzir, continued high school until the tenth grade and then left school and went to work to help support the family. In 1964, Motlak married and in the following years he had thirteen children. That year Mutlaq volunteered for the Border Police. He served in the north of the country. During his service, he was overturned in a police vehicle, hospitalized for a long time in Safed Hospital and returned to continue his military service. In 1974, Motlak moved to the Israel Police, serving in the Tel Aviv District. In May 1980, while working on duty, he was cut off from glass and was recognized as a permanent IDF veteran of 10%, while Motlak continued to work as a reconnaissance commander and did his job in the best possible manner. He was brought to eternal rest in the Beit Zarzir cemetery, leaving behind a wife and thirteen children.
