Itzkovitz, Meir-Asher

Son of Mordechai and Hannah. He was born on September 30, 1950 in Rehovot. He studied at Tusiya School in Zarnuga and graduated from the religious high school in Rehovot. At that time he belonged to the “Bnei Akiva” organization in the Rehovot branch. He was inclined to read literature and was interested in military matters, especially on issues related to the air force. Meir – Asher was drafted into the IDF in October 1968 and fulfilled his duties faithfully on June 6, 1969. He was taken to the military cemetery in Rehovot.
