Itzhaki, Moshe
Son of Esther-Miriam and Shlomo, was born on the 10th of Kislav, 30.11.1929 in Aden and immigrated to Israel in 1934. At a young age, Moshe was taken away from his father and moved to Moshav Yarkona and worked in one of the farms. He was a quiet and humble and devoted son to his widowed mother. Moshe demanded that he be included in a combat unit and transferred to Jerusalem to the “Beit Horon” battalion of the Etzioni Brigade, the Jerusalem Brigade, where he fell on the 17th of Iyar 5708 (26.5.1948) On the 25th of Cheshvan 5710 (17.11.1949), he was laid to rest at the military cemetery at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
