Horowitz, Raphael

Son Ernst and Tirza. He was born on Tuesday, July 6, 1943, in Beit Hashita, where he studied at the State School, where there are also continuing classes, and after twelve years completed his studies there. As an agricultural laborer in the orchard until he was drafted into the IDF in September 1961. He fell in the line of duty on 24.1.1963 and was brought to rest at the cemetery in Beit Hashita. After he fell, he was granted the rank of lieutenant colonel. In the 1930s, Beit Hashita published a booklet in his memory.
