Was born on April 12, 1955. He studied at the Shabazi elementary school in Even Yehuda and continued to study for another year in Kfar Avraham, Petah Tikva, where he joined the IDF in August 1973. . He completed general training and then passed various courses and was certified as a truck driver and warehouse clerk. In May 1975, he completed a commanding officer course and was promoted to corporal. In August 1976, he retired from the IDF, and in April 1977 he returned to the rank of sergeant, and after two years he successfully completed a course of senior maintenance resistors and rose to the rank of ” Finally he received the rank of sergeant major. The opinion of his commanders was that: “Mordechai is against excellent maintenance, serves as an example of his subordinates.” In 1978 he married and established his home in Even Yehuda. He had two children. During the Yom Kippur War, he served as a corporal and served as a sergeant in the Second Lebanon War, and was highly respected by the commanders who supervised the maintenance of his unit.
