Herskovitz, Yitzhak (“Yitzhaki”)

Son of Israel and Rachel. He was born on the 30th of March 1944 in Rehovot. After graduating from the elementary school in Netanya, he attended the ORT vocational school there. Afterward, he studied at the Technical School near the Israel Air Force in Haifa, and was a pilot until he joined the Air Force in 1962. He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant on the 14th of Tevet 5726, (27.12.1966) fell while fulfilling his duties and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
