The son of Victor and Miriam (Nina) was born in Safed on October 4, 1955. He liked to read, draw and draw. Joseph’s father, who was a regional director of the Jewish National Fund in the Galilee and responsible for afforestation, was killed when his car, which led laborers to work in afforestation in the Tefen area, boarded a mine laid by terrorists. After the disaster, the family moved to Karmiel hoping for better luck. From the time of his father’s death, Yosef had been very strongly attached to his mother and had always sought to fill all her needs. He was loved and loved by all his acquaintances and acquaintances. Yosef was drafted into the IDF in mid-November 1973 and was assigned to the Armament Corps, and was transferred to the Armored Corps.
