Hasson, Yosef


The son of Victor and Miriam (Nina) was born in Safed on October 4, 1955. He began his studies in Safed and when his family moved to Ma’alot, he continued to study at the Nativ Meir religious school in the country. He was a member of the Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed youth movement and traveled with him on trips and trips all over the country, and his photography talent was discovered, and the dozens of photographs he filmed attest to his level He was active in sports and especially in the fencing industry, and his coach was Andrei Spitzer, who was murdered in Munich. He liked to read, draw and draw. Joseph’s father, who was a regional director of the Jewish National Fund in the Galilee and responsible for afforestation, was killed when his car, which led laborers to work in afforestation in the Tefen area, boarded a mine laid by terrorists. After the disaster, the family moved to Karmiel hoping for better luck. From the time of his father’s death, Yosef had been very strongly attached to his mother and had always sought to fill all her needs. He was loved and loved by all his acquaintances and acquaintances. Yosef was drafted into the IDF in mid-November 1973 and was assigned to the Armament Corps, and was transferred to the Armored Corps. His friends say that Yosef succeeded in changing the work order with a weapon and making it simple, easy and efficient. On the 13th of Kislev 5735 (13.12.1974), Yosef fell while serving. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya. Survived by his mother, three sisters and two brothers.
