Hassan, Reuven (Roni)

Son of Vittorio and Heria. He was born on the 19th of Elul 5714 (19.8.1954) in Yavne. He studied at the “Shahal” elementary school in Netanya. After graduating, Reuven began to work in various crafts. First as a printing press at the Tshuva printing press in Netanya. He was later accepted to work at the Netanya workshop as a diamond polisher. Prior to his enlistment in the IDF, he worked in the construction of shutters at the Alum-Noy factory in the city, and was asked to take part in a pre-military course. Reuven was an enthusiastic sports enthusiast and belonged to the Hapoel Netanya team, and in 1971 he went on a tour abroad. ReuSon of was drafted into the IDF in December 1972 and was assigned to the infantry. After basic training, he studied a course-cooking and sent to flight school of the Air Force as a cook. He did his job with love, responsibility and dedication and appreciated by his superiors excellent cuisine and an exemplary soldier. Boom as ” 7 February 1975 Reuven fell to the military cemetery in Netanya and was promoted to the rank of corporal, leaving behind his parents, brothers and sisters.
