Harush, David
Son of Moshe and Esther. Born in Marrakesh, Morocco, on December 25, 1946, David immigrated to Israel in 1951, and David studied at the moshav and then studied at the “Aynot” agricultural high school, was interested in sports and liked literature. He wanted to register at the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot, but was unable to do so because he had to enlist, even though he could have been discharged from compulsory service because of his family, but decided to serve the homeland and then continue his studies. And during the Six-Day War, David participated in the conquest of the Golan Heights and excelled in his activities His friend was mentioned by the unit commander in a letter of condolence he sent to his parents saying that he was “always ready to help others and was loved by all his friends and commanders.” David fell in the course of his duties in an ambush in the Kfar Ruppin area on 26 November 1967, He was brought to rest in Moshav Brosh.
