Harari, Dov (Barry)

Son of Naomi and Yaakov. Born in Netanya on the 4th of Shevat, January 7, 1965. On July 31, 1983 Dov was drafted into the IDF. During his service, he underwent an officers’ course. After completing his career in the IDF, he advanced to the position of reserve battalion commander. Dov fell in combat on the Lebanese border on the 23rd of Av, August 3, 2010, two weeks after he began reserve service. He was forty five years old. He was laid to rest at the Netanya military cemetery. Survived by a wife, three daughters, a son, parents, brother and sister.
