Ben Ziona and Moshe, was born on the 7th of Adar 5719 (March 7, 1959) in Hadera. He studied at the Ahad Ha’am elementary school in Hadera and continued his studies at the Ort school in Netanya, specializing in fine mechanics. During his studies he was a member of the Scout movement and was a guide. He also played soccer in the Maccabi Hadera team. In August 1977 he enlisted in the IDF, completed a basic training course and began to serve in the Ordnance Corps, and in April 1978 he rose to the rank of corporal. At the beginning of 1980, he underwent a course for ordnance officers, was appointed platoon commander and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant.In August he began serving in the regular army, and with the outbreak of the Peace for Galilee War he immigrated with his unit to Lebanon, and he served courageously and resourcefully. “My father is a professional officer, devoted and loyal, who invests a good and efficient job … He is a very good officer, a professional, functioning efficiently under pressure, and has to be promoted … He has a high personal level, full of initiative, In January 1983, he underwent a combat fitness course and was promoted to the rank of captain, and was appointed as a brigade ordnance officer, and in the summer of that year he married and built On his return home from a vacation at his home, on 7 March 1984, he was caught in a fatal road accident near the village of Majar in the Galilee. The car in which he was driving collided with the car in front of him and my father was killed. He was 25 when he died. He was laid to rest in the Hadera military cemetery. He left behind a wife, parents, two brothers and a sister. His friends published a pamphlet in his memory
