Since 1974 he served as a patrol cop in the Haifa Police and from 1986 to 1996 served as a scout on a scooter in the traffic police. From 1984 to 1992 he served as a substitute for a single officer and commanded fifteen policemen. As part of his job, he dealt with the planning and organization of the work, coordinating work with staff members and with the periodic work plans. In 1999 he studied a number of courses such as: Industrial and Management Technician, which he successfully completed; Communication and teamwork; Foundations of criminology; Organizational communication; Guerilla terrorism and international terrorism; Introduction to Sociology and Organizational Psychology. In 1974, Yitzhak married Shirley and in the following years they had two children: Moti and Oshrat. He was a model father and an assistant, loving and supportive. Took care of his children, and helped his wife in housework with great devotion and love. Isaac was a wonderful person who loved to help others. He was a very happy man, smiling and social. He always liked to tell jokes. His main hobbies were love of music, dancing (at family events he was always at the center of the circle), watching television in the news and in current affairs programs. Yitzhak loved to expand his horizons and therefore learned a lot, as compensation for having to leave his studies at an early age to support his family. In 1997, he decided to complete his studies, and after completing various matriculation exams he decided to study for a BA in Business Administration from the University of Latvia, but did not finish his studies. Advanced Sergeant Yitzhak fell during his service on September 16, 1999. He was buried at the Haifa cemetery and left a wife and two children.
