Haick, Joseph

Son of Hanna and Ibrahim. Joseph was born on November 12, 1964, in the village of Eilabun in the north, northwest of Tiberias. A tenth child to his parents, after which another brother was born. On October 21, 1988, Joseph enlisted in the Israel Police. He served in the Judea and Samaria region and during the service progressed to the rank of senior sergeant. Joseph married Sausan. The couple established their home in Eilabun, where they raised Christine, who was born in 1990, Mira, born in 1993, and Isis, born in 1996. Joseph fell in the line of duty on 21.9.2015. He was fifty-one when he fell. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Eilabun. He left a wife and three daughters, five brothers and five sisters.
