Shmuel, son of Jonah and Joseph, was born on November 5, 1952, in Be’er Sheva. He began his studies at the Bar-Ilan religious public school and later attended the “Makif B” religious high school. Samuel, called by Shmulik, grew up and was educated in the spirit of Jewish tradition and faith in the God of Israel. He chose to study in schools and yeshivas, which were a lot of sacred studies. He was a diligent and diligent student, he was a successful scholar and he excelled in Bible studies and Talmudic studies, and he discovered them as having a deep understanding and a rare ability to remember.Smuel could quote long passages from the Bible and his friends always turned to him when they needed to quote passages from the Bible And the Gemara. Throughout the day he worked diligently on his studies and recited Talmudic issues. He excelled in perception and understanding, went to the root of things and did not rest until he could understand the issue and the special interpretation of the Talmudic sages. Shmuel was endowed with rare peace of mind and uncommon tranquility. He was modest, courteous, polite, and courteous. He loved human society, was friendly and bright to friends and friends; A man who respected his parents and teachers and respected others.
