Son of Yosef and Esther. He was born in 1950 in Sapi, Morocco, where he immigrated to Israel in 1950. He studied at the Aharon Elementary School in Kiryat Shmuel, and then, after completing his studies there, studied at a vocational school in Haifa. He was considered a dedicated diver who always tried to learn and advance in his profession, and as a result of his perseverance he reached a senior position in the Dakar submarine. He returned to England, but when the submarine returned to the port of its home and was on the water route between Gibraltar and Haifa, the connection with it was cut off, and it was no longer renewed, on the 24th of Tevet 5728 (25.1.1968) The date of Michael’s death, in the course of carrying out his duties together with the rest, was on January 30, 1968.
