Son of Aviva and Eliahu, was born on June 25, 1975, in Ramat Gan. A younger brother to Yossi, Moshe and Avner. Shai was a charming child, handsome, comfortable and kind. At the end of August 1995, Shai completed his mandatory service and was discharged from the IDF, where he worked at odd jobs until he was absorbed in the Steimatzky chain of stores, where he continued his work, and was assigned to reserve duty in the headquarters company of the Home Front Command Rescue Battalion.
