Hadad, Moshe

Ben Ayala and Kamus was born on July 31, 1960, in Ashkelon, to parents who immigrated from Tunisia, in July 1979 he joined the IDF and served in the Signal Corps. He underwent professional courses, the last of which was a basic officer’s course, which he completed on the day of his death. On Friday, 17 Av 5779 (17 August 1979), he left his base for a Shabbat holiday. He drove by car to his home and at the Bnei Darom intersection there was an accident and Moshe was killed. He was 19 when he died. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Ashkelon. Survived by his parents and twelve brothers and sisters.
