Hachum, Aaron

Their son was the firstborn of Nissim and Esther. He was born in 1940 in the city of Sauerg, Turkey, and in 1949 immigrated to Israel with his parents and the family settled in Jerusalem. Aharon went to the Or Haim elementary school in Jerusalem and after graduating Aaron went to the kibbutz, but after a few months he was forced to return home due to pressure from his parents. From an early age, he aspired to independence and indeed acted and achieved achievements on his own. Aharon was conscripted into the Israel Defense Forces in February 1958 and completed his regular service with honor, and at the age of twenty-eight married a wife and moved to Holon in 1971. Aharon was a devoted brother and continued to look after his brother after leaving the house.
