Greenstein, Shmuel

Son of Moshe and Chaya. He was born on October 10, 1928 in the city of Munkac in the Carpathians. He completed his studies in a general elementary school in his city. The parents were killed in the Auschwitz camp in 1944 and four years later immigrated to Israel and became a member of Kibbutz Kedma. On the 12th of Kislev 5712 (2 December 1949) he fell in the line of duty and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
