Son of Aharon and Tzipora. He was born on August 18, 1946 in Kibbutz Sha’ar Hagolan. Until the fourth grade he studied there and then continued his studies until he finished high school in Kibbutz Na’an, where his family moved, and for a short time he became absorbed in his class and began to stand out in the company with his talents. The family joined Kibbutz Na’an and worked in the orchard and field crops until he was drafted into the IDF in August 1966. In basic training, he stood out for his physical fitness and simplicity. Open to all, open-minded and honest; Above all, there was joy in life, cheerfulness and a playful humor. He also liked to help others. All these qualities liked him all over his classmates when he was a boy-and even in military life. He passed a course of tank commanders and the certificate of completion of the course was submitted to him on the battlefield, because while we were in compulsory service, the Six-Day War broke out, which at first began as a tank gunner and on the 27th of Iyar 5727 (June 6, 1967), the second day of the battles, Was hit by a direct hit from an Egyptian tank and fell; It was in the Battle of Um shoulder in the Sinai. He was buried in the emergency cemetery in Bari and was later transferred to eternal rest in the cemetery in Na’an. In “Thirty” Kibbutz Na’an took out memorial trees dedicated to him. In a book in memory of five sons that was published by Kibbutz Naan, several pages are dedicated to him. Hakibbutz Hame’uchad’s memoir “Who Fell in the War” was mentioned.
