Grady, Eyal

Son of Esther and Shmuel, was born on the 27th of Tishrei 5727 (27.9.1964) in Ramat Gan. Eyal attended elementary school in Ramat-Hen and continued his studies at the ORT school in Ramat Gan, carpentry. For a short time he worked at the Bank for Agriculture. Eyal was drafted into the IDF in the summer of 1982. On June 30, 1983, when Eyal was in his parents’ home, he died suddenly. He was 19 years old when he died, and the commander of his unit wrote to his parents after his death: “Eyal was one of the soldiers who fulfilled the important tasks of the unit. Eyal was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul in Tel Aviv. He left behind his parents and two sisters
