Gottlieb, Avraham Menachem


Son of Feiga Roza and Shlomo, was born on the 6th of Adar, February 27, 1928 in Berlin, the capital of Germany. He immigrated to Israel with his family, in 1933. He grew up in Tel Aviv, completed elementary school, and vocational school. He was hired as a mechanic, in the “Asis” factory. He studied correspondence engineering. He was a good and gentle man, a faithful son, and a devoted friend. He served as a squad commander in the Givati ​​Brigade, and lost his life in an accident, while handling a weapon in Tel Nof, on the 10th of Sivan, June 17, 1948. He was brought to rest in the military cemetery, in Nahalat Yitzchok.
