Son of Yael and Shmuel, was born in Ramat Gan on December 13, 1958. He studied at the “Hillel” elementary school and at the “ORT” high school, and was distinguished by his modesty, cleanliness, cleanliness, etc. Roni excelled in his studies and won scholarships and prizes He also played in the Ramat Gan Youth Orchestra, and his other hobby was a collection of stamps, and he discovered talent in drawing, mathematics and physics, and Roni loved the sea and went to his beach. His mother, Roni, was aware of the family’s difficulties in earning a living and, as a teenager, tried to work and bring his wages home IDF. As an outstanding student, Roni was allowed to join the academic reserve and began studying electrical engineering at Tel Aviv University. Roni returned to compulsory service in the Israel Defense Forces and was invited to an officers’ course, the preparatory stage of which began in August 1980. At the same time, 1980.
