Goldenberg, Aharon (“Lesi”)

Aharon, son of Chaim-Yoel and Miriam Goldenberg, was born on July 20, 1930 in Jerusalem. His father fell in the riots of 1936. He attended the Kiryat Anavim School and the “Amal” school in Jerusalem, and during the War of Independence participated in the defense of Kiryat Anavim, where he belonged. On the 5th of Kislev 5713 (23.11.1952) he fell in the line of duty and was brought to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Anavim.
