Goldberg, Ephraim

Son of Yaakov and Fruma. He was born on May 5, 1937 in Petah Tikva. The mother – a ninth generation in Israel and a family of rabbis in Safed. He completed his studies at the Pika elementary school in Petach Tikvah and after studying at the fishing school in Michmoret (near Kfar Vitkin) dealt with it. He was drafted into the IDF in November 1955. Three days later, on the 27th of March, 5755, he was wounded while carrying out his duties and died of his wounds and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Petah Tikva.
