Gold, Solomon-Aryeh

Son of Avraham and Chaya. He was born on March 30, 1926, in the city of Fischpokladny, Hungary. He was a yeshiva student. After his parents perished in Auschwitz, he immigrated to Israel in October 1948 and joined the IDF the following day: two weeks before his release from the army on September 3, 1950, he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest in the military cemetery On Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
