Ben Sarah and Mordechai. Born in Bat Yam on May 12, 1970, where he grew up and studied at the Moshe Sharett elementary school and their high school students at Tel Aviv University. At the beginning of January 1989, Ofer was recruited to serve in the Israel Defense Forces, where he was assigned to serve as a computer technician in the Signal Corps and was scheduled to undergo an electronics course. Despite his difficulties and pains, Ofer maintained great optimism and struggled for a long period of time until, on September 26, 1989, he was overwhelmed by his illness.
