Gold, Avraham
Born in 1922 in the town of Bohrdczany near Stanislawow, Galicia, he fled to Russia with the people of his hometown, where he traveled to Russia, where he suffered great suffering; he worked in coal mines and other hard work and was always in short supply of food and clothing. He arrived in Eretz Israel in 1943. He was absorbed in the Ginegar group and worked there for about a year. When he joined the ranks of the Hebrew Brigade he went to Italy where he served in the infantry in the First Battalion, on the 6th of Tammuz 5765 (17.6.1945) In a city on the Austrian and Italian border. He was buried in the cemetery of the Jewish Brigade in Ravenna, where he died at the age of 23.
