Golandsky, Shmuel
Son of-Leah and Shimon, was born on March 11, 1926, in Tel Aviv, where he studied at the school for the children of the workers in Hadera and excelled in his childhood with great affection for natural studies. In addition, he was responsible for inspecting the weapons and delivering them to his testimony in Samaria, and when necessary he would transfer arms to the Galilee, and Yehiam arrived with his loaded truck. Even during the period of curfew imposed by the British knew how to transfer the weapon to his certificate. In January 1948, he was appointed to guard the orchards in the vicinity of Hadera, and later in Kfar Yona. He completed a training course for Palmach commanders and participated in sabotage operations in Salameh and Jaffa. After being ordained as a platoon commander, he was trained by the Palmach to be a freshman’s instructor in Daughter of Shlomo, where he also participated in reconnaissance activities and served as a combat commander in the Galilee.
