Glouzer, Bezalel


Son of Reyzl and Shlomo, was born in 1930 in the city of Vysha, Romania. He studied there at yeshivah and immigrated to Israel in 1947. For a time he was interned in Cyprus. When he arrived in Israel he settled in Rehovot, worked in a bakery and was a member of the Poalei Agudat Israel. At the outbreak of the War of Independence, he volunteered for the Yiftach Brigade and fought in its ranks. Bezalel fell on the 11th of Tammuz 5708 (18.7.1948). He was put to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem
