Giorgi, Santo

Santo, son of Jacob and Bechora Giorgi, was born in Izmir, Turkey, on December 16, 1935. Studied in an elementary school in Turkey and, after immigrating to Israel in 1948, continued his studies in evening classes. He passed away on the 13th of Elul 5703 (August 24, 1953) and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
