Son of Moshe and Gusta. He belonged to the Haganah, served six years in the British army, In the regular service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in which he attained the rank of lieutenant colonel. On the 27th of Av 5719 (27.8.1959), when he was in France, he died of heart stroke and his body was brought to Israel and brought to rest in the cemetery in Ramat Yohanan. left a wife; His daughter was born after his death.
