Gerstein, Meir

Son of Zalman and Zelda. He was born onthe 25th of Iyar, May 25, 1918 in Poland. Immigrated to Israel in 1946. He worked in printing as his profession. In 1947, he served as a policeman and was later a member of the Palmach and was drafted into the IDF in February 1948. He died on the 20th of Elul, 2.9.1950 and was brought to rest at the Nachlat Yitzhak military cemetery.
